NOW ENROLLING: Therapeutic Horticulture Program

The Therapeutic Horticulture Program at Wilmot Gardens is now enrolling participants and caregivers for fall programming.  No experience is necessary to participate in the free indoor gardening program.  Participants will learn about plant care and propagation, taste and harvest herbs, and create plant-related crafts and art.  The following programs are currently enrolling:

  • Parkinson Disease & Other Movement Disorders Group – Wed. from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Cancer Group – Tue. from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (It is not necessary to be actively undergoing cancer treatment to participate)

All sessions are held in the completely accessible climate-controlled Greenhouse at Wilmot Gardens on the University of Florida campus.  Free parking is provided.
